Hoover, AL – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred right after 1 a.m. Monday.
It happened in an area near Hendrick Chevrolet on Highway 31 in Hoover.
Two officers saw a man stabbing the tires of police vehicles in the parking lot.
When they tried to make a contact with the suspect, he fired two shots from a handgun and took off on foot.
The officers weren’t injured and the suspect was arrested shortly after, without incident.
