Daleville – According to the police officials, his name is Edgardo Landor and he is charged with first-degree rape and sexual contact with no consent.
The 37-year-old man was taken into custody last night around 10:00 p.m. at the police department without incident.
He is currently at the Dale County Jail.
Bond has not been set.
