The Dothan Police Department has identified the body of a woman that was discovered on the eastside of Dothan on Wednesday night

Dothan, AL – According to the police officials, the body was found in the 2300 Block of Huskey Road.

The caller said he had found a human body in a grassy area off the roadway.

The responding officers found the body and secured the area.

The female body was later identified as Dorothy Diane Sims.
