DOTHAN, Ala. — With daylight savings time just around the corner, one business in the Wiregrass is extending their hours of operations.
Starting Monday, the Dothan Area Botanical Gardens will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
These new hours will allow people in the Wiregrass more time to enjoy their favorite parts of the garden.
“We want to encourage folks to come out and enjoy the gardens,” Executive Director at Dothan Area Botanical Gardens, William Holam said. “Since we are open a little bit later and while you are here you can enjoy egg quest, which is about 26 different four-foot wooden eggs.”
These hours will remain in place till November 7. Officials say admission prices will remain the same.
