LEVEL PLAINS, AL — The deputies apprehended the mini bike thief from Level Plains with the help of a good resident.
The suspect Phillip Palu stole a bike which was reported to the police. Shortly after that, they received another call from a person who saw that someone took Philip Palu in the back of his truck.
He brought the suspect to the Police department.
Palu is facing two charges for theft of property and one charge of criminal mischief.
He’s being held in the Dale County Jail in Ozark.
