DOTHAN, AL – Elijah Patrick Hazell, 18 who was arrested in Dothan, Sunday, was charged with Capital Murder. He is the third suspect arrested for the shooting that happened on November 29 near Cottonwood, where the 58-year-old Hardy Gray lost his life.
The other two suspects facing Capital Murder charges are 21-year-old women Mykelia Rowser and Cierra Goodson from Houston County.
Reportedly, the officials said that Gray was murdered while the suspects were in his home trying to rob him, and was familiar with some of the suspects.
All of them are held without bond.
