DPD officers responded to the 400 block of Mallon Street.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found out that the victim was struck on purpose.
The crash caused injury to her lower body.
The victim was treated on scene.
Robert Shaw Jr. was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
His bond is $5,000.
