DOTHAN, Ala. — A dump truck and loader have been flipped over in an incident on the Ross Clark Circle.
The wreck happened down the road from the southside Popeye’s, across from Captain D’s. WDHN has been told that a person pulled out in front of a Dothan Utilities truck, causing them to lose control.
Two people were taken for medical treatment, according to a fire official.
