Enterprise, AL – According to the statement, this will allow people age 21 and up to carry alcoholic beverages in approved containers within the district during certain days and times.
The entertainment district will allow those 21 and older to carry alcoholic beverages within the boundaries of the district.
It will also be in effect during certain hours of the weekend and weekdays.
There will be no drinking in the D.E.E.D on Sundays.
Only drinks purchased from licensed businesses in the entertainment district can be carried by an individual.
In addition, you cannot take an alcoholic beverage from one establishment to another that sells alcohol.
