Dothan, AL – According to the statement, the reopening plan for the 2021-22 school year doesn’t require students to wear masks.
But, the Dothan City School System will require masks be worn on school buses due to Federal Department of Transportation regulations.
In order to protect the students and the staff from Coronavirus infection, the Dothan City School System will implement cleaning guidelines as established by the CDC.
The Dothan City School System will promote hand washing and respiratory etiquette, and the quarantining of infected and exposed individuals.
The DCS is providing upgraded HVAC systems and new Air Purifiers for large capacity areas, including the infusion of fresh air, bipolar ionization of existing air, and UV filtering.
