BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Safety measures are being observed at the 2021 Magic City Classic in Birmingham. Capacity at Legion field for the Saturday evening game is limited to 25%. But many fans from Alabama State University and Alabama A&M are able to watch the game outside the stadium with family and friends.
