DOTHAN, Ala.— An eagerly awaited low-income apartment complex is finally beginning to make some headway.
After months of not hearing from the business, Dothan City Planning and Development officials are seeing progress on the low income apartments that are being built on the intersection of John D. Odom Road and Murphy Mill Road.
As of now, the permit is being pulled by the City Building Division and decisions are being made.
