DOTHAN, AL- The residents of 1000 Block of Summit Street were highly disturbed on Thursday night as they were witnesses of a verbal argument of two intoxicated individuals which escalated to a shooting.
One person was wounded to the torso and is recovering in hospital. He is in stable condition.
Reportedly, Dothan Police arrived on the scene, but no arrests were made.
