ENTERPRISE, Ala. – A two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle at approximately 3:25 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, has claimed the life of a Coffee County man.
James Kenneth Conneway, 64, of Enterprise was killed as a result of the crash that occurred approximately 10 miles south of Troy city limits, according to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency State Trooper Kendra McKinney.
“The crash occurred when a 2005 GMC Sierra traveling north on Alabama 87 failed to yield right of way for oncoming traffic,” McKinney said. “As a result, the GMC struck the 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan driven by Conneway, who was transported to an area hospital for immediate medical attention and later succumbed to his injuries.:
Nothing further is available as troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
