DOTHAN, Ala. — The Coronavirus has affected many different industries, but there’s one area that hasn’t taken a major hit — real estate in the Wiregrass.
Dothan’s real estate team has 160 properties in Dothan that are pending sale. 22 homes have sold in the last days.
They say this is good news for homeowners looking to sell.
“It’s really a great time, during this time, downtime is to get your property ready to put on the market when all this is over with. Which hope is very soon,” Vanita Mclain said.
During this time, a lot of properties aren’t holding open houses in order to keep homeowners and homebuyers safe.
