Dothan, AL – According to the police officials, his name is Paul J. Meadows and he has been charged with first-degree sodomy.
The 50-year-old man was already charged with aggravated criminal surveillance in June.
Police say the charge was later dropped.
He still faces a first-degree sexual abuse charge.
Authorities started an investigation after workers reported hidden cameras on the property in mid-June.
He was arrested Friday afternoon.
