Dothan, AL – According to the police officials, his name is Jeffery Michael Stewart and he was shot by Dothan police around 7:10 a.m. Wednesday.
This unfortunate incident occurred in the 2730 block of Ross Clark Circle.
The 42-year-old man was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
No officers were injured in the incident.
Once the investigation is finished, the findings will be turned over to the Houston County district attorney’s office.
