DOTHAN, Ala. — COVID-19 hospitalizations have dipped down to another low in Dothan’s two major hospitals.
Currently, Southeast Health is treating 17 COVID-19 patients. Since the pandemic began, 1,462 inpatients have been discharged from the hospital’s care while another 276 patient cases ended in death.
Flowers Hospital reported nine COVID-19 patients Thursday, the lowest reported total since the first half of 2020.
Across the state, the Alabama Department of Public Health reported 361 patients across 104 hospitals Friday.
