DOTHAN, Ala. — Alabama is now reporting 905 deaths from COVID-19, according to the Alabama Department of Public Health.
Since the pandemic began, 36,682 cases have been confirmed among Alabama residents. In the past two weeks, Alabama has confirmed 10,425 of these cases.
From June 23 to June 26, the ADPH recorded at least 1,000 cases per day.
In the Southeastern District, case confirmation rates for the past two weeks have changed. Coffee County and Crenshaw County are now marked as moderately high with rates at 97 and 73 respectively while Houston County has been bumped up to a high confirmation rate of 109 in the last 14 days.
Speaking of Houston County, it now has a total of 425 confirmed COVID-19 cases, the second-highest in the district. It also is reporting a new death.

- Barbour County — 995 cases; 28 deaths
- Henry County — 899 cases; 17 deaths
- Crenshaw County — 889 cases; 39 deaths
