DOTHAN, Ala.— A man accused in a Dothan woman’s death has elected to have a preliminary hearing in his case.
Phillip Barkley was arrested last week after police say he was found to be a suspect in a shooting on Lena Street. The intended victim was unharmed, but Christina Moore was killed by the gunfire while she slept.
