DOTHAN, Ala. – According to the City of Dothan Engineering Services, North Park Avenue will close during the daylight hours beginning Tuesday, January 5th, for construction.
The city’s contractor MidSouth Paving, Inc., will begin milling and resurfacing North Park Avenue (from W. Main Street to Montgomery Highway). North Park Avenue will be closed to through traffic and all through traffic will be detoured during this time.
This process may leave existing streets with an uneven surface. Drivers are urged to use extreme caution in the area. Motorists traveling on this street should expect delays and are advised to reduce speeds.
